Ordering.
You can place your order either by telephone, fax or e-mail. We will contact you to arrange payment & delivery.

Delivery.
All our prices shown on this website include delivery to anywhere in the UK mainland.

Car boot scooters & aids will be delivered by courier. All items are insured against loss or damage. All claims for damages or shortages must be received in writing within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise no claim will be accepted.

All other items will be delivered by our own drivers, who will show you how to use your new product and answer any questions you may have.

Delivery is approximately 10 working days from the date of order, but should you require a product for a particular date please contact us.

Payment.
For items delivered by courier we request payment in full with you order by cheque or by card.

On all other items, we request 20% deposit on the date of the order, which can be paid by cheque or by card. The outstanding balance will then be due on delivery by cash, cheque or by card.

VAT.
Individuals purchasing mobility products for their own personal use are usually exempt from paying VAT. We will require you to sign a simple declaration form that confirms you are eligible to receive goods at a VAT exempt price.
Our prices therefore shown on this site are exclusive of any VAT.
 
Warranty & Guarantee.
Should you experience any problems with your product, please contact us; we will be there to help.

All of our products come with a full 12 months guarantee against faulty manufacture or materials, unless otherwise stated. In most cases we will arrange to collect and/or repair your product.

This warranty does not cover tyres, inner tubes or maintenance problems such as flat batteries, punctures or general wear and tear. In the event of us attending to one of these instances a £50 call out charge will apply.

Returns policy.
If you a dissatisfied with you purchase, you can return it to us, in an unused “as at new” state within 10 days of delivery and receive a full refund (less delivery costs). Collection can be arranged and will be chargeable at cost.

Goods purchased from LLG Wheelchairs are at the request of the purchaser. We are unable to offer advice as to their suitability for individuals. The information we offer is for guidance purposes only.

When an item is being delivered by our driver, if for whatever reason you are unable to accept delivery of your selected product, we will refund your deposit less £50 delivery costs.

Please note: Because of the above it is advisable that before ordering any product, especially scooters and powered wheelchairs that you follow these points:

• Are you under the maximum user weight?
• Will the product climb the size of curbs in your area?
• Will the product travel the distance you want to go?
• Check the dimensions of the product against the space you have to store it, Will it fit?
• Will you need to use ramps?
• If require, Will it fit in your car? Can you lift it?
